Terms of Service - Beyond Health

I. Service Cancellation

  • For Orange operator: Send SMS with text STOP BH to 80708 (free), email [email protected], or call 800 007 173 (local charges apply).
  • For T-Mobile, Plus operators: Send SMS STOP BH to 80425 (free), email [email protected], or call 800 007 173.
  • For Play operator: Send SMS STOP BH to 191 (free), email [email protected], or call 800 007 173.

II. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the paid multimedia services of Beyond Health ("Service").

The Service is available to users with an active SIM card in Orange, Plus, T-Mobile, or Play networks. Compatible devices include Android xx and iOS 11.1+.

Users must use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with Polish law and these Terms.

III. Registration and Access

Users must register via an activation page (WWW/WAP), accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, and will receive a confirmation message upon registration.

Subscription: Weekly subscription costing 12.00 PLN gross per week. Auto-renews until canceled by the user.

Internet connection is required to use the Service. Data charges are borne by the user.

IV. Service Fees

Fees are charged to the user's mobile account. Deactivation SMS must be sent from the same number used for registration. WAP/data charges may apply separately from service fees.

V. Right of Withdrawal

Users have the right to withdraw within 14 days of registration unless they requested immediate content access, which forfeits this right.

VI. Service Usage Rules

  • Ensure the mobile device is properly configured for data transmission and WAP Push messages.
  • Ensure device compatibility before downloading content.
  • Ensure sufficient device memory for downloads.

Multimedia objects are licensed for personal use only and cannot be resold or used commercially.

VII. Service Quality and Complaints

The Organizer ensures the Service is provided properly and without defects.

Complaints must be submitted to [email protected] or by post, and will be addressed within 14 calendar days.

VIII. Final Provisions

The Terms are available at the Organizer's office and on beyondhealth.df3.club.

The Organizer processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws (including GDPR). Data can also be processed by DIMOCO Europe GmbH (Austria) if needed.

Users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data.

Disputes will be handled by competent Polish courts, or through amicable settlement if agreed by both parties.
